All our clinicians offer in-person therapy in our Sparta and Newton, NJ offices. We love seeing patients face-to-face and helping them with their mental health concerns.
Outpatient therapy allows the patient to continue going to work or school during the day. It’s important that both the individual with a mental health disorder and their loved ones understand that before selecting a treatment program. Exploring your options before deciding can put you or a loved one on the road to long-term mental health.
Outpatient therapy offers a variety of services and programs to meet the patient's treatment needs. Services include case management, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, family therapy, patient education, recovery services and discharge planning. Services may be provided in person or by telephone.
Our outpatient providers coordinate with other support services including primary health care and recovery services and providers. We also work with social services, housing, and community resources.
