If you have out-of-network benefits, we will submit a claim on your behalf and wait to be paid. You may be asked to pay any estimated copay, co-insurance, and/or deductible up front. Submitting a claim is not a guarantee of payment, however, and your final cost per session may vary, depending on your insurance carrier.
Yes, we reserve a portion of our practice for sliding scale based on financial need. You will be asked to provide the front page of your last tax return for documentation.
Our intake coordinator will speak with you about your specific needs and background allowing us to make the best possible match with a clinician. You can always request a clinician, however, our therapists typically have waiting lists, so we will do our best to match you with someone specific.
