Hi, I’m Caitlin Karosen, LCSW. I’m a licensed clinical social worker. I really enjoy a wide range of clients, but particularly connect with those who, at their core, suspect they might feel things more deeply; those who feel “other”, between worlds, and chronically misunderstood.

Through the co-creation of a safe, secure, and authentic relationship, I work to help heal old attachment wounds and to harness your untapped, innate resources of resilience and growth. My clients report feeling more open, authentic, and connected in their interpersonal relationships because of therapy. They also report feeling a greater ability to take charge of their lives.
